Our Commitment to Quality

We carefully inspect every Mazvani saree before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case of any issue, our return and exchange policy below is designed to fully assist you.

Eligibility for Exchange (7-Day Window)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the event of a manufacturing defect.
  • You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer direct monetary refunds. In the case of an approved return, you may choose one of the following options:
    • Exchange with the same product (subject to availability).
    • Select any other product of equal value from our premium collection.

The Mandatory Unboxing Video

To maintain transparency and protect the authenticity of our luxury handlooms, a clear, uncut video of the package being opened is strictly mandatory to raise any return or exchange request.

  • The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the package is sealed until the product is fully visible and the defect is clearly pointed out.
  • Requests without a valid, uncut opening video will not be accepted.

Complimentary Reverse Pickup

If your exchange request is approved, you do not need to worry about shipping logistics. We will arrange a free reverse pickup directly from your delivery address. Please ensure the saree is folded neatly in its original premium packaging with all tags intact.

Important Considerations & Exceptions

  • Color & Craft Variations: Handcrafted products may exhibit slight color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings. This reflects the authentic nature of handloom and is not considered a defect.
  • Clearance Items: Products purchased under a specific “Clearance” or “Final Sale” promotion are not eligible for return or exchange. (Items purchased with standard website discounts remain eligible for exchange if defective).

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse. If the item has already been delivered, please follow the refund process outlined above.
